Subscription Terms
How PostAi plans, trials and renewals work.
Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Effective: October 24, 2026
These Subscription Terms apply to the paid plans of the PostAi app and form part of our Terms of Service.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase and may differ by country.
2. Free trial
- Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility is decided by the store and is usually limited to one trial per store account.
- During the trial you get full comment automation and a reduced post quota: 10 posts on Starter and 30 posts on Pro.
- When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. When the first paid month starts, your posts are refilled to the full monthly quota (30 or 150).
- If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and you keep access until the trial ends.
3. Billing and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- We never see or store your payment details. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat.
4. Monthly post quota
At the start of each paid month, your post balance is refilled up to your plan’s monthly quota. Unused posts do not roll over or accumulate, and they have no cash value.
5. Instagram accounts per plan
Starter lets you automate 1 Instagram professional account and Pro up to 5. The Free plan does not include automations. Meta’s own limits on replies and messages apply on every plan.
6. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in your store settings. Deleting the App or your data does not cancel a subscription.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PostAi › Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › PostAi › Cancel subscription.
After cancelling, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan.
7. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. We can’t issue refunds directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or through Google Play’s refund help.
8. Upgrades, downgrades and expiry
- You can switch between Starter and Pro from the App. The store applies the change and any proration according to its rules; upgrades usually take effect immediately and downgrades at the next renewal.
- If you downgrade, or your subscription ends, the Instagram accounts above your new plan’s limit are paused, not deleted: they stop processing comments, and you can choose which account stays active. On the Free plan, all accounts are paused.
- Paused accounts are kept for 30 days. If you don’t upgrade within that time, they are disconnected and their access tokens are deleted. You can connect them again later on a plan that allows them.
9. Restoring purchases on a new device
Use "Restore purchases" in the App with the same App Store or Google Play account. To recover your automations as well, use Profile › Recover my account and connect the same Instagram account.
10. Price and plan changes
We may change prices or what each plan includes. Price changes apply from your next renewal after you have been notified by the store and, where the store or the law requires it, after you accept the new price. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Contact
Questions about your subscription? Email [email protected]. For billing issues, you can also contact Apple or Google support directly.
