Support
We’re here to help with the PostAi app.
Contact us
Email [email protected]. Tell us your phone model, the app version (Profile tab) and, for automation issues, the Instagram username involved. We reply as soon as possible.
Frequent questions
- Is PostAi official and safe for my Instagram account?
- Do I need a business account?
- How many comments can it reply to?
- What happens if I downgrade or my plan ends?
Common fixes
My automations stopped replying
Open the Automate tab. If an account shows "Reconnect", the Instagram connection expired or was revoked (for example after a password change): tap it and log in again. If it shows "Paused", your plan allows fewer accounts: choose which one stays active or upgrade. Also check that the rule is switched on and use "Test rule" to try your keywords.
Some comments didn’t get a DM
Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment, and limits how many messages an account can send per hour. Replies over the limit are sent later. Automations answer comments on your posts, not replies inside a thread.
I changed phones
Install PostAi, then use Profile › Recover my account and connect the same Instagram account. To restore your subscription, use "Restore purchases" with the same App Store or Google Play account.
Subscriptions and refunds
Plans are billed and cancelled through your store account, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. See the Subscription Terms for step-by-step instructions.
